Well today I found a great way to use up turkey other than soup and sandwiches, I made turkey pot pies!

I made individual ones and did add my sausage stuffing cut tiny in it as well as doubling the sauce in this recipe.
I cook my veggies in chicken broth. If you haven't tried Epicure's chicken bouillon yet, you must! I am addicted to it...boiling water in a mug and a bit of salt and pepper and you don't have to but I put a dollop of butter in once in a while and you are good to go instead of tea , it is a nice change.
This chicken bouillon is unsalted and had poultry seasoning in it by the smell of it. It is a great base for soup and stew as well.
I hope you enjoy this recipe and I do use top and bottom crust on these individual pies.
